Prayer in W.P.No.21158 of 2012: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd respondent culminating in his impugned proceedings bearing LR.No.SEK/Gen/AE-1/F.HT.Sc.No.204/D355/12

dated 23.07.2012 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and direct the respondents not to deny any facility to the petitioner for their H.T.Sc.No.204 on grounds which are not specifically authorized by the TNERC under Open Access Regulations, 2005.
