3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the order dated 15.10.2014 made in W.A.No.537 of 2013 has been settled by the Division Bench, setting aside the order dated 26.09.2011 made in W.P.No.1854 of 2005.
4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the said submission, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law.
