Respondents Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to implement the resolution passed by the first respondent vide Na.Ka.A2/40/2017 dated 12.01.2018, within the time as fixed by this Court. O R D E R

Ms.Ramya Revathy, the learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2, to implement the resolution passed by the first respondent vide Na.Ka.A2/40/2017, dated 12.01.2018.

3. According to the petitioner, the property in Survey No.29/7 Thiruthuraiyur Village, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District, belongs to Thiruvavadudurai Aadheenam. The property is now leased out to one P.Aruldoss. The petitioner would further submit that the political parties including the third respondent have erected their Flag Posts, preventing access to the petitioner's property. Therefore, on the basis of the representation a Peace Committee meeting, dated 12.1.2018 was conducted by the respondents 1 and 2, in which, all the political parties have agreed to remove the Flag Posts.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the resolution, the political parties other than the third respondent have removed the Flag Posts, but the Flag Post of the third respondent has not yet removed . Hence, the present writ petition.

5. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that pursuant to the resolution the Flag Posts of the other political parties have been removed and the respondents 1 and 2 need some more time to take further action.

6. In the light of the above facts and the submissions of the learned counsels, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to take appropriate action based on the resolution passed in Peace Committee Meeting, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above observation and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
