ORDER

(Heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 408 IPC, in Crime No.Not know of 2021,seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the case has been transferred to the Inspector of police , EOW-II, Kancheepuram and the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners in C.P.No.155 of 2021.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Inspector of Poliee, EOW, Kancheepuram is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the enquiry, if a prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the Inspector of Police, EOW, Kancheepuram shall register the First Information Report, otherwise close the petition.
