When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for ESI Corporation/3rd respondent submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the impugned attachment dated 24.06.2008 was revoked based on the undertaken given by the subsequent purchaser/petitioner herein. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
