O R D E R

This petition has been filed under section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking modification of the order passed by learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, in Crl.M.P.No.972 of 2015 dated 08.04.2015.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while granting the relief of bail to the petitioner, the Court below, under orders dated 08.04.2015, has inter alia directed the petitioner to execute a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bond for Rs.50,000/- with two sureties each for the likesum. Learned counsel submits that the condition is onerous and owing to the said condition, the petitioner is unable to come out on bail.

3. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the above submissions.

4. Considering the submissions made, this Court modifies the condition requiring the petitioner to execute a bond for Rs.50,000/- with two sureties each for the like sum to one requiring the petitioner to execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum. In all other respects, the order of the Court below shall prevail. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
