Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the wrongful allotment made by the fourth respondent including the passage to the land in S.No.132/7A, Aalathur Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi Vide D.K.T. No.27/1411, in favour of the respondents 5 to 7, considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2020 and his reminders dated 28.11.2020 and 29.01.2021, within a specific time limit.

ORDER
The petitioner has approached the respondents 1 to 4 with his representation dated 06.11.2020, followed with reminders dated 28.11.2020 and 29.01.2021, seeking to cancel the wrongful assignment made to the respondents 5 to 7, in S.No.132/71A, Aalathur Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi. Since no response is forthcoming, hence this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 1 to 4, and made a statement on instruction that the enquiry for the purpose is scheduled to take place at 1100 a.m, on 20.05.2021 in the office of the Sub Collector, Kallakurichi / third respondent herein. The said statement is recorded.
3. In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the Sub Collector, Kallakurichi, is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the said representation through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks ( after the conclusion of the General Election-2021 of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly ) from 20.05.2021.
