ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuance of writ of declaration, declaring Rule 214(1) of the Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicles Rules 1989 requiring production of No Objection Certificate from all the legal representatives other than the applicant as ultra vires of Sec.82(2) and (3) of the Motor Vehicles Act, in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, in view of the order passed in W.P.No.25629 of 2011. She also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission and the endorsement so made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
