ORDER

Alleging that the order dated 16.03.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.746 of 2016 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate submits that the order of this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the

letter dated 21.12.2017 addressed by the Secretary to Government, Revenue and Disaster Management Department to the Principal Secretary/Commissioner of Urban Land Ceiling and Urban Land Tax, Chepauk, Chennai, by which an order of regularisation was passed.

3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
