Mr.ARL.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the learned counsel for the petitioner on record would submit that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the Appellate Authority (Indian Institute of Chartered Accountant), arrayed as R2, has, in fact, been listed for hearing on 23.02.2022. It would, thus, suffice that a direction is issued to the authority to hear the matter and dispose the same as expeditiously as possible.

3. With this, this Writ Petition is closed.
