2.On 20.05.2014, this Court has passed an order in which the trial Court is referred to as "Principal District Sessions Judge, Vellore (Vacation Court)", on account of which the petitioners are not able to surrender before the Principal District Sessions Judge, Vellore and furnish sureties in terms of the said order. Apparently, the order dated 20.05.2015 was passed by this Court during vacation and that is why, it is stated as Principal District Sessions Judge, Vellore (Vacation Court). It is represented that the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Vellore, is not accepting the surrender of the petitioners on the ground that the order carries the words "Vacation Court". It is also represented that the name of the 2nd petitioner has been erroneously typed as "R.Mumuga Gandhi" instead of "R.Muruga Gandhi".

3.In view of the above, Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy deleting the expression "Vacation Court" in Para 4. Further, it has been ordered to correct as R.Muruga Gandhi instead

of R.Mumuga Gandhi.

P.N.PRAKASH, J, mps 4.Two weeks time is extended to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Vellore, after receipt of the amended copy of the order.
