This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.599 of 2025 dated 10.01.2025, passed by this Court to report before the Chengalpattu Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and further investigation is completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.599 of 2025 dated 10.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on all hearing dates without fail.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
