Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to furnish the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.3105 of 2020 order dated 18.02.2020 in Crime No.94 of 2020 pending before the Inspector of Police, Guduvancherry Police Station, Chengalpet District. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.P.MURUGANRAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 18.02.2020, made in Crl.O.P.No.3105 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Further the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five Thousand only) to the credit of Children Home for Boys under Surabhi Trust, 22/10, 1st Street, Kumarasamy Nagar, Villivakkam, Chennai - 600049, (A/c.No.0918101041798, IFSC No.CNRB0000918), within a period of one weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
