Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to orders passed by the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.691 Revenue (Services) dated 19.10.2006 and quash the same in so far as it directs the declaration of probation of the petitioner as on 04.02.2003 and consequently, direct the respondents to re-fix and settle the pensionary benefits by taking into account the date of initial appointment and regularisation i.e., from 18.01.1990.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the G.O.Ms.No.691, dated 19.10.2006 and consequently, to direct the respondents to re-fix and settle the pensionary benefits taking into account the initial appointment and regularisation with effect from 18.01.1990.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, it is represented that the petitioner died on 15.04.2018. However, even thereafter, by the order, dated 27.07.2021, the pension payment order has been issued and as a matter of fact, even Family Pension has been granted to the spouse of the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 2/4
