2. The learned Government Advocate, on written instructions, submits that on 22.03.2022, survey has been conducted in the subject lands by consideration of the petitioner's representation. As such, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved against the rejection order, liberty is hereby granted to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
