ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider her representation dated 08.03.2018 to correct the Legal heir ship Certificate of Late. G.Israel vide Ni.Mu.No.A3/09496/2015 dated 30.09.2015 issued by the Tahsildar, Ayanavaram Taluk.

2.According to the petitioner, her husband G.Israel died on 30.07.2012 due to illness. However, she had applied for Legal heirship Certificate wherein all the required papers relating to her status were submitted and she was issued with the same on 30.09.2015 by the respondent. According to her, due to some corrections in the said legal heirship certificate, she made a representation to the respondent seeking the above prayer. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court hereby directs the respondent to consider the representation dated 08.03.2018 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties.

4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
