ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the Respondent for Contempt of Court for disobedience of the order dated 29.09.2021 passed in W.P.No.3581 of 2014.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent furnished the copy of the proceedings issued by the Executive Engineer dated 13.03.2023. As per the said order, the amount of compensation along with the interest has already been settled in favour of the petitioner. The final payment was made on 29.04.2022 and it was credited in the account of the petitioner.

3. That being the factum, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. 16.03.2023 Index : Yes Speaking order: Yes/No kak
