2. The writ petition was disposed of by this Court with a direction to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.89 of 2007 and O.S.No.106 of 2007 on or before 30.04.2023.

3. The learned Principal District Judge, Vellore addressed a letter in Dis.No.4817/2023 and Dis.No.4818/2023 OS/dated 09.05.2023, to the Registrar General, High Court of Madras dated 09.05.2023 stating that the plaintiff has filed Petition under Order 6 Rule 17 C.P.C. to amend the plaint and on account of such developments, the suits are unable to be disposed of.

4. In view of the reasons stated by the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore, this Court is not inclined to fix the time limit since the parties have not cooperate for the disposal of the suits. Accordingly, the learned Principal District Judge, Vellore is directed to dispose of the suits as expeditiously as possible.
