ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on petitioner's representation dated 10.01.2020, seeking approval of appointment as Hereditary Trustee of Arulmighu Anbupriyal Samedha Marudhavaaneeswarar Temple, Pudupettai Village, Tiruppathur Taluk and District.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 10.01.2020 with a request for approval of his appointment as Hereditary Trustee of Arulmighu Anbupriyal Samedha Marudhavaaneeswarar Temple, Pudupettai Village, Tiruppathur Taluk and District as per the Trust Deed dated 10.10.1929 for administration of temple, wherein, hereditary trustee shall devolve as per succession, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this 2/4

Court without going into the merits of the case directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2020 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
