This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the order in U.A.C. No.10 of 1998 dated 06.08.2009 passed by the Commissioner, Udhagamandalam Municipality, Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris, the 2nd respondent herein in the above C.R.P.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons stated by the Revision Petitioner seems to be justifiable one, this petition is allowed.
