ORDER

These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 355 days in filling the Appeal and to condone the delay of 105 days in representing the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that after demise of their father, they are unable to follow up the proceedings and the certified copy of the Judgment of the First Appellate Court was not received. 1\3

3.Though notice has been served on the respondent, there was no representation for the respondent either in person or through pleader. Execution proceedings are also pending before the Trial Court. 4.On being satisfied with the averments assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, with costs. The petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees one thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from today and on such payment, the delay is condoned.
