Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents that, the order dated 18.12.2019 passed by the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos.9533 to 9537 of 2019 in the case of P.Singaravelan and others vs. District Collector, Tiruppur and others reported in SCC OnLine SC 1641, has gone against the Petitioners herein.
