This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by an order dated 21.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.28459 of 2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.115/2021 before the trial Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on 10.04.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and also on all hearing dates without fail.
