ORDER

To direct the respondent to correct the petitioner's father's name in the X mark sheet and to reissue a fresh mark sheet, the petitioner has approached this Court with the present writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the letter, pointing out the inadvertent mistake in entering the name of the petitioner's father, has not been considered by the respondent and a fresh mark sheet has not been issued so far. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to make necessary corrections in the required certificates and issue a fresh one within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
