Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs.3,03,516/- deposited by respondent / Appellant Insurance to the credit of MCOP.No.200 of 2016, on the file of III Judge, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Small Causes Court, Chennai, (in CMP.No.3066/2019)pending disposal of the above CMA.NO.2471/2018.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SALEEM FATHIMA P.T., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.RAMESH BABU, Advocate on behalf of the 2nd respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed by the petitioner/claimant seeking to withdraw a sum of Rs.3,06,516/- deposited by the Insurance company to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.200 of 2016, on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, III Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai.
2. Heard both sides. The learned standing counsel for the Insurance Company stated No Objection in ordering this petition. 3.It is seen that the Insurance Company has already deposited the entire award amount with interest at 7.5% per annum, as directed by this Court on 31.10.2018.

4.In view of the above, the petitioner/claimant is permitted to withdraw the entire compensation amount by filing appropriate application before the Tribunal. This petition is accordingly ordered.
