Heard Mr.N.Ramalingam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. This petition is filed to amend the prayer in W.P.No.9343 of 2012 as "call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 16.01.2012 in Letter No.46883/B2/2008, on the file of the first respondent herein and to quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent herein to treat the petitioner's service with the second respondent from 07.11.2001 to 29.09.2022 regular employment and to be continued with the present employment for the purpose of retirement benefits on the date of petitioner's superannuation and thus render justice" instead of, "call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 16.01.2012 in Letter No.46883/B2/2008, on the file of the first respondent herein and to quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to regularize the petitioner's service in the time scale in the second respondent college". 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. Mr.R.Kumaravel, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents is present.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection to allow the application. Hence accepting the reasons mentioned in the affidavit, in order to have effective justice, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
