JUDGMENT
This appeal is preferred by the complainant being aggrieved by the reversal judgment of the Lower Appellate Court acquitting the respondent accused from charge under Section 468 of IPC. Though, the Trial Court has held that the respondent guilty for offence under Section
468 of IPC and sentenced to undergo six months Rigorous imprisonment with a fine of Rs.1,000/-. The Lower Appellate Court reversed the same and acquitted him.

When the matter taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the appellant / complainant reported that the respondent died on 01.06.2019 and the death certificate has also been furnished. In view of the above fact, nothing survives in this appeal and accordingly, this Criminal appeal is dismissed as infructuous. 30.09.2022 Internet: Yes /No Index : Yes /No To
