This petition is filed to condone the delay of 375 days in preferring the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Though notice served on the respondents 1 and 2 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 375 days in filing the appeal is condoned and the petition is ordered. However, it is made clear that the petitioner is not entitled for interest during the delay period, on the enhanced award amount, if any awarded by this Court.
