Prayer:- This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code against the Judgment and decree dated 27.01.1999 made in A.S.No.94 of 1997 on the file of the learned Principal District Court, Villupuram which conversing the judgment and decree dated 03.12.1996 made in O.S.No.151 of 1996 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court (Senior) Kallakurichi. JUDGMENT

When the second appeal is called today, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. The perusal of the records indicates that even on the previous occasion, when the matter was listed on 03.07.2015 and 15.07.2015, there was no representation for the appellant and hence the matter was adjourned.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that, in spite of her best effect, she could not find out the counsel on record who was filed Vakalath. According to the learned counsel for the respondent, the counsel Mr.S.Uthirasamy is no more and the junior counsel on record Mr.K.Ravikumar is not available in the address furnished in the grounds of appeal for service.

3. Since, there is no representation for the appellants, the second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
