2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the time of filing the this petition, some other Investigation Officer was investigating the matter. Now, the Investigation Officer has been transferred.

3. Therefore, considering the above submission, the transfer of trial would not serve any purpose at this stage and therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition.
