This petition has been filed to relax the condition above mentioned conditioned in para 7(b) imposed by this Court dated 18.12.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.27233 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
