As early as on 10.08.2015, the learned Counsel for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant died. With a view to afford yet another opportunity to take steps to implead the legal representatives of the deceased appellant, the matter was adjourned to 13.08.2015. On that day also, the learned Counsel for the appellant sought time to bring on record the Legal Representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, it is brought to my notice by the learned Counsel for the appellant that the legal representatives of the deceased appellant have not taken steps to come on record. Hence, this Second Appeal stands dismissed as abated. No costs.
