This Civil Revision Petition case has been filed seeking to direct the Subordinate Court, Palacode, to dispose of the IA.No.3/2025 in IA.No.2/2023 in OS.No.14/2020, as expeditiously within the time frame by this Court.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submission on the side of the revision petitioner that the suit is pending for nearly 15 years, the trial court is directed to dispose of IA.No.3/2025 in IA.No.2/2023 in OS.No.14/2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands allowed with the above directions. No costs.
