In the said suit, the respondent had filed an Application under section 9 of the Tamil Nadu City Tenants Protection Act, which the learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit, has been disposed of on 25.02.2019. Considering the above and the fact that the suit has been pending since the year 2016, the learned Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is allowed with the above directions.
