PRAYER in W.P.No.32013 of 2005: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the letter dated 01.03.2005, issued by the Second respondent and quash the same as illegal and to direct the first respondent to send the document pending vide P.No.1196 of 1997, under Section 47(A) of the Tamil Nadu Stamps Act and to receive the amount payable on the document under the Samadhan Scheme. PRAYER in W.P.No.32014 of 2005: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the letter dated 01.03.2005, issued by the Second respondent and

to quash the same as illegal and to direct the first respondent to send the document pending vide P.No.1195 of 1997, under Section 47(A) of the Tamil Nadu Stamps Act and to receive the amount payable on the document under the Samadhan Scheme. For Petitioner in : Mr.T.Mathi the both W.Ps.

Government Advocate COMMON ORDER The relief sought for in the present writ petitions are to quash the order dated 01.03.2005 issued by the second respondent in both the writ petitions and direct the first respondent in both the writ petitions to send the documents pending vide P.No.1195 of 1997 under Section 47(A) of the Tamil Nadu Stamps Act and to receive the amount paid along with the document under the Samadhan Scheme.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents in both the writ petitions, now brought to the notice of the Court that during the pendency of the writ petitions, the document was sent to the Inspector General Registration Department and it was subsequently registered. However, all other disputes in respect of deficit of stamp duty and other aspects are to be adjudicated before the competent authority by the writ petitioners in both the writ petitions in the manner known to law.

3.With these observations, the writ petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
