When the Criminal Revision was taken up for hearing on 02.08.2019, this Court ordered to serve notice to the respondent through Court as well as privately and the matter was directed to be posted on 28.08.2019 for filing proof of service.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed proof of service. Till date, he has not taken any steps to serve notice to the respondent, despite the matter is pending for more than seven years. Hence, the Criminal Revision case is dismissed for default.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
