ORDER

Mr.S.K.Rameshwar, learned counsel takes notice for respondents 1 and 2.

2.The case of the petitioner is that she is the owner of the land, through which, the private respondents have got service connection to their land. With the grievance that the official respondents have acted in violation of the interim order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

obtained in the suit filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.249 of 2016, a representation was made by her on 14.10.2016 to take appropriate action in tune with it. Now, seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the said representation , the present writ petition has been filed.

3.This Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. If the grievance of the petitioner is with respect to the violation of the interim order passed by the Civil Court, her remedy lies before it and not otherwise. Thus the writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the writ petitioner to work out the remedy before the Civil Court, if so advised. It is well open to the petitioner to implead respondents 3 to 5 herein as party defendants/respondent in the pending civil suit. No costs. Sd/- Asst.Registrar /true copy/ Sub Asst.
