It is stated that investigation in Crime No.213 of 2023 was stayed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.2645 and 1907 of 2024 vide order dated 09.02.2024.

2. In view of that particular fact, anticipatory bail will not arise.

3.Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if necessary.
