(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) This is a completely misconceived petition making a prayer for transfer of the Collector predicated on a reasoning that the fourth respondent has carried out some unauthorised encroachments and the third respondent had informed the fourth respondent about the petitioner's complaint.
