This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner, father of the detenue seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the detenue Minor daughter Subbulakshmi, aged about 14 years, now in the custody of the 3rd respondent, before this Court and hand over her custody.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the detenue has been secured and that the respondent police is going to produce her before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kallakurichi.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2, the petition stands closed as nothing further survives for adjudication.
