ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw HMOP.No.440 of 2025 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Kancheepuram, Kancheepuram District, and to transfer to Sub Court, Vaniyambadi, Tirupattur District to try along with HMOP.No.61 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner submits the respondent filed HMOP No. 440 of 2025 on the file of Principal Sub Court, Kanchipuram seeking divorce. Now, the petitioner living at Vaniyambadi at her parents house with 1 1⁄2 years old child and it is difficult for her to travel more than 100 kms to attend the Court hearings. Hence, he pray to allow this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds the reasons stated to be justifiable and is inclined to allow the transfer.

4. Accordingly, HMOP.No.440 of 2025 pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Kanchipuram, is ordered to be transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Vaniyambadi. The learned Subordinate Court, Vaniyambadi is directed to issue notice to the respondent and thereafter proceed with the matter in accordance with law. Further, the Principal Sub Court, Kanchipuram is directed to send the case bundles to the Subordinate Court, Vaniyambadi within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
