ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the 3rd respondent, dated 19.05.2010 in his proceedings No.33.AHSS/2010-2011 and for a consequential direction to the 3rd respondent to reinstate the petitioner and pay back wages as arrears of salary with all attendant service benefits with interest

petitioner and Mr.T.M.Naveen, learned counsel for Mr.K.P.Jotheeswaran, learned counsel for the 2nd and 3rd respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned order in this Writ Petition has also been challenged by way of an Appeal before the 1st respondent and that the 1st respondent had also disposed of the same against which the petitioner had preferred a Writ Petition which is pending on the file of this Court.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further order is required to be made in this Writ Petition and hence, the same is closed.
