Respondent(s) PRAYER Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, prays to issue a direction to the learned Principal Sub Court, Dharmapuri, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.136 of 2023 pending on its file, within a stipulated time frame, preferably within three months or within such time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, and further pass such other orders and thus render justice.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the Principal Subordinate Judge, Dharmapuri, to dispose of the suit in OS No.136 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some of the respondents are senior citizen and prayed for the speedy disposal of O.S.No.136 of 2023, which was filed in the year 2023.

3. Considering that the case has been pending since the year 2023, the learned trial Judge is directed to dispose of the said suit within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
