The writ petition was listed for hearing on 12.12.2018. None appeared for the writ petitioner. Thus, the case was directed to be listed on 14.12.2018 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing on 14.12.2018, again there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner and since the petitioner is appearing in person, this Court is inclined to provide one more opportunity to the writ petitioner, it was directed to be listed under the same caption "for dismissal" on 17.12.2018.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, once again there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, it is to be construed that the writ petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
