This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.542 of 2023 on the file of the respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the draft final report is also ready. 3.In view of the above development, the prayer as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. As and when the Court below acts upon the final report and issue summons to the petitioner and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the final report, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
