For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the civil miscellaneous petition, the delay stands condoned on condition the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Authority, on or before 24.01.2019, failing which the order stands automatically dismissed.

With the abovesaid condition, the civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed.
