This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned XVIII Metripolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to expedite the hearing in Crl.M.P.No.3212 of 2018 and complete the same within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of first respondent.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned XVIII Metripolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to expedite the hearing in Crl.M.P.No.3212 of 2018 and complete the same, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
