The petition has been filed to relax the condition para 6(b) imposed in the order dated 06.11.2023 in Crl.OP.No.25089 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, he shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
