ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father the detenue viz., Roselin , aged 17 years, sought production of his daughter.

2. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. The second respondent has produced the detenue the daughter of the petitioner, who is a major. Petitioner as also his wife are present. The detenue is in the accompaniment of one Karthik s/o Madhavan, who informs his age to be 27.

4. Recording the position informed by the detenue viz., that she and Karthik are sharing the same roof at No.27, Mettu https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
