For Respondents : Mr. NAK. Sharma in both Petitions.

COMMON O R D E R (Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) Mr. R.Rajaram, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the sole petitioner had died on 10.02.2021 and no steps being taken sofar to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner. Further, the learned counsel submitted that the Contempt Petitions may be dismissed as abated for the present and a liberty may be given to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to file a fresh Contempt Petitions, if required.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Contempt Petitions are dismissed as abated. It is open to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner to file a fresh Contempt Petitions, in accordance with law. No costs.
